I am salivating. Love the lighting and the smoke. I don’t know when I’ve seen such a clean grill either.
I agree that the grill is amazingly clean – and I love the steam. Considering also that steam makes it a lot harder to focus, this is an excellent shot.
The clean grill is very easy to explain: it’s an almost brand new grill. Well, it’s nearly 2 years old, but we’ve only used it a couple of times. It’s one of those “raclette” things you use indoors, on the dining table, with little mini-pans below it. The grill part on top is made with something like Teflon, so no need for oil or anything, and after washing it with water and soap it looks as good as new :-)
