I thought my old shoes were still good enough. Then today I wanted to put them on, and noticed that looking inside one of them, I could see light coming in from a place where no light should be coming in. Therefore, new shoes:

I thought for sure we’d see ruby slippers, but Nike’s are good too, they just don’t take you as far or as fast.
