Sometimes I use two, to light a subject from either side, sometimes I put a sheet of white A4 paper between subject and light for diffusing. This photo is just the one light pointed directly at it, and then in Photoshop I desaturated the red that the light gives it, to get closer to the original brown colours.
Wow, what kind of setup are you working with here? The lighting is beautiful.
