The objective was to photograph the waterfall, but in the end I’m happier with the photos of the surroundings, than of the waterfall itself. It’s pretty easy to get the soft white satin effect in the water, but the tricky bit is to keep the rest sharp. I have a very lightweight tripod, and the movement of the mirror in my camera actually matters here. I wish I had also taken a couple of regular sharp pics without the slow shutter effect, but didn’t think of it at the time.
